Bad idea of the weekend: Bacon Infused Whiskey

Friday night we went to Angels and Kings in NY to see my friend Kristian dj (www.thepunkguy.com) and despite the fact that everyone in the place wants to listen to hip hop, Krist manages to play Cinderella for me. There was a whiskey promotion going on, free whiskey til midnight. I've been known to drink whiskey as if it were lemonade, so I was pretty psyched... until I tasted it. I seriously asked if there was bacon in it, because I'm vegetarian and it tasted like meat; I almost puked and that usually doesn't happen until I've had 8 or 9 drinks.
We had a great weekend in Long Beach celebrating Liv's fake birthday, thanks to the Shea girls and everyone who came out. Being born on the 5th of July means that she never gets to have a real bday celebration, so we moved it to this weekend and had a great time becoming tannies. Some of my personal favorite moments were my friend Alisa flashing what she thought was an empty house, that turned out to be a full on house party,and consuming pitchers of margaritas and eating 3 cupcakes in an hour.
